Free Weights

The Landmark Fitness Club’s Free Weights area includes Olympic Bench Presses, Squat Rack, Smith Machine, Free Standing Benches, Dumbbells up to 50KG and Barbells up to 45KG. If you are looking to build muscle, increase strength or just tone up then free weights can help with all of these.

Cardiovascular Machines
Our top of the range cardio machines will get your heart rate pumping and can help you to reduce body fat, increase fitness levels and prevent the onset of health problems. Treadmills, Bikes, Recumbent Bikes, StairMasters etc. are all available at our beautifully designed club.

Resistance Machines

The Landmark Fitness Club offers some great resistance machines, including Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Ab Crunch, Leg Press, Leg Extension, Leg Curl and Rear Delt/Pec Fly and many more. With the ability to work every muscle group in your body our resistance machines can help you with strength building and toning.

Racquetball

Whether you’re looking for a leisurely game or some intense competition, you’ll find our six state-of-the-art glass-back court facilities within a welcoming environment that fosters a healthy sense of competition for seasoned racquet players and a supportive culture for those just taking up the game.

The Landmark Racquet Club is active throughout the year with member ladders, club tournaments, league matches, exhibitions and social events. Our leagues range from Novice to Expert, or Novice to open-level racquetball. Challenge court available.

Personal Training
If you are looking for that extra push to not only achieve your fitness goals but go further than you ever thought you could, then why not take the opportunity to have one of our certified personal trainers help you reach your goals. All of our trainers are top professionals and are here to help!

 

Functional Training Area
At the Landmark Fitness Club we keep up to date with all different types of training. This includes TRX Suspension Training which uses body weight exercise and simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Kettle bells, cable machines plus all the abs and stretch equipment you need are available to you.

Group Exercise Classes

Our dedicated studios have been specially designed to maximize light and space to create the perfect atmosphere for your exercise class. Our professional instructors teach the latest in workouts, with classes offered daily to meet the busiest schedules of professionals Push yourself to the limit in one of our group classes and have fun with some friends. We have a class for everyone.

Full Court Basketball Gymnasium

If you are looking for a pick-up game or just to shoot a few hoops, the basketball court at the Landmark Fitness Club is the place for you as our multipurpose gymnasium houses a full-size basketball court. 

*Guest Fee Policy: Basic Facilities ONLY limited to 3rd floor workout and cardio area (ID Required).
Guest fee: $50/day (currently accepting guest of member only)

*Basic Facilities guest pass does not provide access to lockers, group X, courts, sauna, steam, and whirlpools. Court pass must be purchased separately to access courts.

Landmark Fitness Club Hours:

  • Monday -Thursday:  5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday:  8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Sunday:  9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
